Ethiopian coffees are typically light, fruity and slightly acidic, these are no different and we are really enjoying them. This crop is from the Haru co-op and as usual we only buy the top grade which is obvious as soon as you open the sack to try a first roast.
This is a very delicate floral coffee. Delicious in a drip or press but only as an espresso for those who know what they are doing.
