Eureka celebrate one hundred years of making grinders this year (in 2020) and after trialling quite a few of the popular manufacturers we have settled on using their machines as our go-to for a typical setup; specifically the brand new Helios model which comes in 65 and 80mm burr sizes.

This is for a few very simple reasons, the machines are good value for money, they grind quickly, and the interface is clean and easy to use without having to press lots of buttons to get into a menu to change a setting. This means less time spent fiddling with the settings and more time making coffee.
